Durham, N.C. – Bell and Howell today announced updates to its leadership team to strengthen its automation business and better serve customers across services and solutions to the automation market.
Steven Robinson has been promoted to Vice President of Automation Services and Solutions Sales. In this role, Steve will lead sales strategy and execution across our services and solutions offerings, focusing on growth, customer relationships, and expanding Bell and Howell’s presence in key markets. Robinson will play a critical role in accelerating the high-growth trajectory of the company’s recently launched NxSTAR PRO platform, helping customers adopt advanced automation solutions that integrate service intelligence directly into their operations. Steve has over 30 years of excellent and successful sales execution and sales leadership experience and numerous awards for his accomplishments.
Will White has been promoted to Vice President of Field Service Operations. In this role, he will lead our field service organization, driving continued enhancement of Bell and Howell’s industry-leading service delivery capabilities, overseeing the rollout of next-generation, award-winning AI-enabled service technologies, and expanding our service footprint across the automation markets we serve. Will brings more than 25 years of service management experience, with a strong track record of exceeding customer expectations and achieving operational performance goals.
Both positions report to Jim Feely, President of Automation Solutions and Services.
