This alliance enables Bell and Howell’s revolutionary new pickup solution to store groceries securely in temperature-controlled environments.
DURHAM, N.C., January 13th, 2022 – Bell and Howell and their suite of automated pickup technologies, known collectively as BH QuickCollect™ Solutions, announced today a new partnership with Liviri, a manufacture of reusable insulated food containers. These thermally performant totes are integral to Bell and Howell’s new comprehensive standalone pickup solution, the QuickCollect GO!™ Pod.
The QuickCollect GO!™ Pod is an intelligent prefabricated outdoor system that can be deployed in a variety of locations and allows efficient consumer pickup of online orders. It supports quick unattended pickup for consumers or delivery drivers, as well as greatly simplifying the storage and pickup process on behalf of store associates.
“When an order has been picked and placed within the Liviri totes, they are loaded into the QuickCollect GO!™ Pod and the customer is notified that their order is ready to be picked up,” explains Joe Zuech, Vice President of Grocery Solutions at Bell and Howell. “This dramatically reduces the inefficiencies seen in typical pickup procedures and allows orders to be stored in temperature appropriate totes until the customer arrives.”
