2025 Service Excellence and Leadership Excellence Winners Announced

Reserved exclusively for the Top 1% of Bell and Howell’s service team, recipients are selected for demonstrating the highest levels of integrity, professionalism, leadership, and performance — leading by example and setting the standard for the entire organization.

This year’s winners were selected from an exceptionally strong and competitive candidate pool spanning Field, Resident, and Technical Support roles across Bell and Howell’s Canada, West, Central, and East Service Regions, as well as its Technical Support and Customer Support Services departments.

The Mark Bauer Award for Leadership Excellence

Named in honor of the late Executive Director Mark Bauer — a leader who personified excellence in everything he did — this award recognizes a Bell and Howell manager who exemplifies the same qualities of character, integrity, and leadership that defined Mark’s legacy. This year’s recipient, honored in the Customer Success organization, embodies those standards at the highest level.
