Employee Resource Groups

Here at Bell and Howell, we strive to promote ownership and empowerment throughout the organization. We want all our employees and customers to feel valued and included. We are committed to an inclusive workforce that fully represents different races, ethnicities, genders, age groups, religions, disabilities, and sexual orientations, as well as people with differences in education, personality, skills, experiences, and worldviews. Diversity and inclusion are fundamental to our mission, vision and values. We work with a mindset of unity and inclusion because it’s part of our core value of Doing the Right Thing.

Women and Black Americans in Leadership

Launched in 2021, Bell and Howell’s first Employee Resource Group, Women and Black Americans in Leadership (WBAL) focuses on empowering often underrepresented groups both in the organization and the community. The WBAL’s mission is to cultivate an inclusive environment that supports and encourages women and people of color to advance their skills and leadership potential through connection, mentorship, collaboration, and discussion.

The WBAL hosts speakers, run community programs, network with mentorship programs, and more.
