Flexible and efficient, the MailStar Series is a modular mail inserting solution that gives you the power to upgrade to meet your operation’s mailing needs. With options like front and/or rear-mount (fold, barcode location and address location dependent), intelligent read/non-read capabilities, and adjustable speeds and stations, you can custom fit a base model to meet your operation’s unique requirements for today and tomorrow.

Improved Workflows to Keep You Moving Forward

A standout in the series, the MailStar LX inserting system combines a remanufactured MailStar 500 base machine with an industry-standard LX Feeder/Folder and a new shingling output conveyor. Choose between a standard 1D/2D reader or an upgraded JETVision® camera-based system so you can expand your barcode reading capabilities.

Vote-By-Mail Adaptable

As a Vote-By-Mail capable inserting solution, the MailStar Series pairs well with runs where the ballot return envelope isn’t required to be printed in-line. With sheet feeder outputs of up to 34,000 sheets an hour, any insert in this series easily extends past the voting season, as well. Use it for direct mail needs, or first-class mailings with integrated LX-Feeder Folder for statement mailings.
