In order to keep the Bell and Howell field service team sharp and equipped to maintain, repair and optimze the hundreds of systems we support, we had to build a world-class training center at our Durham, NC headquarters.
The center is stocked with common configurations of the systems we support, and our technical training team averages 20+ years of professsional training and real-world operational experience.
With each new system that our Service business chooses to support, our field service personnel (customer service engineers, or CSEs, and technical support engineers, or TSEs) travel to the center to undergo extensive training to become certified-proficient on that system.
In addition, our CSEs and TSEs, must undergo regular refresher courses to maintain their certifications.
The same award-winning training that powers more than 600 Bell and Howell service personnel is also available to our customers.
